I’m an independent advisor on sustainability strategy and purpose-driven leadership, and a passionate advocate of bringing sustainability into mainstream business practice.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping some of the world’s best-known businesses drive transformative change, working most recently with C&A, Danone, Interface, L’Oréal and Vodafone. Before becoming a consultant, I held senior sustainability roles at Unilever, Tesco and TUI.
I work with organisations of all sizes, but have a particular affinity for large companies who are doing the hard work of embedding sustainability, and purpose-driven SMEs who are building depth and impact into their plans. I speak internationally on topics such as responsible tourism, social purpose and culture change.
I was previously a director of sustainability comms agency Futerra and culture and behaviour change consultancy Kin&Co, and I partner with purpose-driven agencies including One Stone and Reconsidered to advise on client work.
